Former Kenyatta University president, who unsuccessfully vied for the Busia Senatorial seat in last year's general elections, Lone Felix, has advised youth not to conform to the pressures of the world.
Lone said most youths, especially those whose peers look up to, are living a lie to the level of not accepting they are facing problems.
Felix posted a long message on his official Facebook page, in which he advised youth to seek help and guidance when they need it, instead of pretending they have it all figured out.
He urged youth not to live according to the expectations of others, but to instead focus on achieving their goals despite the situation they may be in.
Felix who hails from a humble background in Busia County, has been sharing his journey to success with his social media followers, most of whom term the messages as inspiring.
The post elicited various reactions among his followers, the majority of whom admitted that the high expectations in life can sometimes be overwhelming.
