Opposition leader Raila Odinga may have as well changed his team of advisors if his recent outings across the world is anything that can be believed.

Previously, Odinga rarely jetted out of the country without the presence of Siaya Senator James Orengo and Kisumu County boss Peter Nyong'o.

But either Nyong'o now struggling with health besides hefty responsibilities in the county and Orengo tasked to lead parliament troops, Mr Odinga may have now opted to get a strong team of advisors who rarely miss his outings.

At DR Congo, Odinga said:"I was honoured to witness the historic inauguration of President Felix Tsishekedi at the Palace of the Nation in Kinshasa.

"This is the first peaceful transfer of power in the DRC’s history. We wish them stability and prosperity as they proceed with nation building," he wrote on twitter.

Accompanying him to the inauguration of Felix Tshisekedi were Home Bay Women Representative Gladys Wanga and Suna East MP Junet Mohammed. The two have risen ranks within the ODM party rapidly since their election to parliament in 2013.

Also in the entourage were long serving AG and now the Busia senator Amos Wako along with firebrand Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina. Outside Nyanza, the two are equally vocal and respected at their backyards.

President Uhuru Kenyatta, who was also joined by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and three other legilators, was the only Head of State and government who attended the first smooth transition of power in the Central Africa Nation.
