The idlers are also engaging in a bad behaviour where they are peeping under women dresses to have a glimpse of their undies. 

On Thursday, there was an altercation when a lady faced off with one of the young men who had allegedly been caught peeping under her skirt. 

The idle men sit strategically under the bridge and wait for women sporting dresses and skirts to walk up the stairs.

Residents now want the county government to crack down on this group of men and protect women from this kind of sexual harassment.
