ODM party will continue to unleash on defiant members as party of it's strategy to instill discipline besides embracing loyalty within the party, an official has said.
The expulsion of Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa and her Msambweni counterpart Suleiman Dori was the beginning of the long process that will target even MCAs who sabotage the party's agenda.
Former Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire said the move will send strong warning to those with little fidelity when it comes to safeguarding party's interest.
"Kicking her out serves as warning for those who cannot tore to the party's constitution. We embrace democracy and rules. If you can't follow them, you quit.
"We shall roll out this to even county assemblies and the few cases we touched on are just but the beginning. We shall not compromise party ideologies," he said.
Mr Bosire was among members of National Executive Committee who approved Disciplinary Committee outcome that found the two MPs culpable of violating the party's rules.
Further, Bosire said, he's keenly monitoring the behavior of Nyamira County Assembly following the ouster of deputy speaker Duke Omoti by a section of MCAs allied to the party.
