The seasoned politician is said to have angered Mr Odinga following his claims that the former Prime Minister had a secret MoU with President Uhuru Kenyatta, remarks which did not go well with the ODM leader.

Also, it's said that last December, Orengo's decision to give President Uhuru Kenyatta ultimatums during his visit to Kisumu, also angered Odinga. And in that respect, National Assembly Minority Leader John Mbadi, over the weekend seemed to caution Orengo over his remarks, albeit indirectly.

“It should be noted that their remarks are not attributable to ODM. Our people must be responsible in their statements going forward, bearing in mind that the handshake had nothing to do with the next General Election,” he said Saturday.

But the fact that Orengo enjoys still good relationship with Dr Oburu, his alleged fallout with Raila may not be a matter of concern. Dr Oburu is a senior advisor to his brother Raila and often helps him to make major political decisions.

The two traversed Ugenya constituency in which Orengo representated for over 19 years to campaign of Chris Karan, the ODM candidate. Mr Karan had his Victor nullified by the court following a petition by David Ochieng', the immediate former MP.

"What a successful Saturday it was interacting with our people in Nyalweny Market in Ugenya West ward, Doho and Yenga both in Ukwala ward. Thank you Ugenya for the support," tweeted Orengo.

Also, Mr Orengo is said to have angered President Uhuru Kenyatta when he revealed that the two met for four hours in State House recently where they discussed a number of issues affecting the country.

Last week, Orengo threatened to initiate an impeachment motion against DP William Ruto, a move which has also been disowned by ODM party. He however insists that the move is guided by his conscious.
