A photo of former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti hugging Deputy President William Ruto has gone viral.
The photo, which shows Ndeti exchanging smiles with Ruto at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos County on Saturday has elicited a mixed reaction from netizens.
Ndeti posted the photos and captioned it:
"Pleased to join Christians of Lower Eastern Region at the Machakos Kenyatta Stadium for the installation of our newly appointed bishop, His Lordship Norman Wambua King'oo by Pope Francis as Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Machakos."
Ndeti later took to social media to mourn the death of U.S. Sen. John McCain.
The senator died on Saturday at the age of 81.
She took to social media and wrote: “I convey my condolences to the family, friends and the American people following the passing on of a great patriot - John McCain. In the end, it matters less that you can fight. What you fight for is the real test." ~John McCain”
