The incident at Moi Girl's Nairobi School where one student was raped has now taken a new direction.
Giving their statement yesterday, teachers now say the student might have been sexually molested by her lesbian colleagues in the school.
According to Kenya Union of Post-Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET), they argued that the pool of blood allegedly being said was not there and that there was no such occurrence.
They further said that, for you to be able to reach the Elgon hostel where the student was, you must pass two other hostels guarded by security guards hence making the allegations invalid and not practical.
The student was said to have been raped by an outsider and left helpless following the inhuman, ruthless encounter.
All male teachers were forced to undergo a DNA test to verify and identify the person involved but the results were negative as expected.
This drew the attention of the public and at some point, parents threatened to transfer their children to other schools which were safer.
