Shocked fans and villagers lined up at Enchoro to receive the remains of slain Egesa FM comedian Joseph Mochere.
From Nairobi, thousands of fans boarded buses while local fans assembled along the roads to at least have a glimpse of the procession to Mochere's rural home.
Popularly known as Okebiro O'Mose, Mochere committed suicide early this month in what is believed to be family wrangles.
And at home, those yet to come to terms would cry in their loudest voice even as some condemned his wife, Teresa Moraa of 'precipitating' the death.
The entourage was led by Royal Media team under the stewardship of Egesa FM boss Nancy Kwamboka.
Mr. Mochere will be laid to rest on Friday in a ceremony that is expected to be dominated by local and national politics on Finance Bill that was rejected by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
