Machakos governor Dr Alfred Mutua has today join the family of his deputy engineer Francis Maliti and console with them for losing one of the family members.
In a post shared on his official twitter, Mutua visited Engineer Maliti's family and condole with them at this had time after losing his brother Mr Lazarus who met his death after collapsing in a past function
“This morning I have visited the family of my Deputy Governor Eng. @Francis_Maliti to pass my condolences for their loss of a brother to DG Maliti, Mr Lazarus Maliti,” he tweeted.
The deceased was a deputy head teacher at Kalukuni Primary school and was one of the close friends of Mutua.
After meeting the deceased wife, family, and relatives, he assured them of his continued support and prayers at this hard time. He also got a chance of touring the place where he saw a quite number of private developments.
He asked people to live life to their fullest as to him, life is unpredictable.
“I also got a chance to walk around the neighbourhood where I saw quite a number of private developments. Life is fickle - we are here today and gone tomorrow. That is why it is important to live full lives of service to others and to do God’s work and will.” he said
