Thika Queens Football Club extended their unbeaten record in the Kenya Women Premier League season 2019/2020 in Eldoret over the weekend.
The queens took all the three points at the University of Eldoret pavilion where they beat the hosts, Eldoret Falcons two goals to one.
Queens took the lead by a fantastic shot from Mwanalima Adams popularly known as DOGO who made the Falcons keeper Annet to fall in the opposite direction as the ball rolled into the net.
Fauzia Omar made all things possible as she netted yet another goal after DOGO's goal was levelled by the Falcons.
Queens took all-time ball possession as they felt they were at their home ground stadium in Ruiru.
Thika Queens are determined to win this year's title as expressed by the team's actions in the pitch.
Eldoret Falcons on the other side are pointless in this year's competitions having taken a good beating in all the three games that they have played this year.
Falcons head coach Joshua Ariko, however, made the impossible as he took to his Facebook account to congratulate his opponents Thika Queens for a game well played.
Queens who now lie at the top three will be welcoming Kisumu starlets at Thika Grounds as Eldoret Falcons host Oserian at the University of Eldoret with both matches slated to be played Saturday, March 23 2019.
