Detectives arrested Mr. Obutu, a brother to First Lady Naomi Nyagarama (pictured) at 5pm on Monday over fraud allegations.
A cousin who spoke in confidence said that police are yet to disclose where Mr. Obutu, who works as reinforcement officer in the county, is locked.
