The victim, identified as Abraham, was attacked by two stray dogs at his home in Afraha, Nakuru on December 29, 2018.

He was saved from the marauding dogs by her mother.

According to his father, Geoffrey Gitonga, his son is still nursing wounds.

“My boy still complains of pains in different parts of his body. Also, when they open the bandage on his head, you will see that there is no much difference. It is still like the first time the incident happened. In fact, for up to one week no consultant or doctor attended to him and his head smells," he said on Tuesday.

The father said the boy is set to undergo a skin-grafting surgery on his open skull.

The boy's parents are now asking for well-wishers to help them settle a medical bill that is now at Sh187,000 to help him undergo surgery.

Donations can be sent to PayBill No:247 247, Account No: 777 017 744 8482.
