Barely a month after June Wanza Mulupi died after a botched breast augmentation surgery at a Nairobi clinic, Vera Sidika has now asked women to be cautious if they decide to go for such surgical procedures.
In an exclusive interview with Word IS, Vera reminded women to seek quality services when they decided to have their breasts worked on.
She revealed that good expert should have at least 20 years of experience.
She also divulged that it can be a good idea to find a doctor who has offered services to more than 1000 patients.
The socialite revealed that she went for plastic surgery to enhance her breasts in Beverly Hills, USA.
“I read about the story in news and it feels really devastating. If you want to do breast enlargement, then look for a good doctor, that does not mean that our doctors here are not good, but my advice is go to someone who has had probably like 20 years’ experience in that field, someone who has done more than 10,000 patients," she said.
The wealthy socialite also asked women to find out whether the doctor has several clients before opting for his or her service.
Wanza's case is the not the first one when it comes to plastic surgery gone wrong.
