There was drama in the Nairobi CBD as a group of police officers followed with a crowd were seen announcing the coming of the self-proclaimed prophet David Owour.
The police officers were making rounds in the CBD asking people to turn out in large numbers for the upcoming healing crusade of Awour.
The said crusade will take place at Central Park.
Speaking in a small loud speaker, the police officers were in uniform and reflector jackets. They outlined prophet Owour’s achievements and what he is capable of doing.
They continued cautioning the Nairobians for attending churches that demand a fee for healings by either buying oil, handkerchiefs and even brooms. They claimed their true prophet offers all services for free.
The highly motivated police officers were seen likened prophet Awour’s healing ability to that of Biblical prophets such as Prophet Elijah and Prophet Daniel.
“Watu wa Nairobi, wacha niwaulize, wale watu wako ushago wanajua nyinyi wa Nairobi ndio mmechanuka sana. Wewe unauziwa kifagio ati uende ufagie mapepo itoke kwa nyumba yako. Kifagio tu ya mbao wewe unauziwa elfu tatu ati itafagia mapepo?” asked the officer with thw loud speaker.
One of the officers proclaimed that prophet Awour is really a true prophet and that why they joined him.
