Kenya Premier League reigning champions Gor Mahia will play Malawi's Nyasa Big Bullets in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League qualifying round according to draw result released on Friday, days after it was conducted in Rabat, Morocco.
Gor will seek to improve on the continental outing after they were knocked out last season in the first round by Esperance.
Malawi giants, Nyasa Big Bullets formerly Bata Bullets will also seek to improve on 2004's CAF champions league group stage performance.
Meanwhile, FKF Shield cup holders Kariobangi Sharks will debut the Confederation Cup against Djibouti side, Arta Solar7, in the preliminary round.
Gor will host Nyasa in the first legs that will be played on November 27 - 28, before a return leg in a week's time on December 4 - 5.
If Gor Mahia progress, they will face Lobi Stars of Nigeria or USM De Loum of Cameroon in the First Round.
Sharks will play either Ghana's Asante Kotoko or Cameroonian Cup champions team.
