ODM party leader Raila Odinga has yet again been subjected to ridicule over the party's performance in Migori senatorial by-election.
Results by IEBC gave Mr. Ochillo Ayacko a convincing win of 85,000 votes which was however closely battled with Mr. Eddy Oketch emerging second having scored 61,000 votes.
Party stalwarts have accused him of using Central Management Committee to rob people their will to elect popular candidates in nominations.
"Congratulations Raila for the victory in Migori. Together with your brigade, you only defeated the 27-year-old with just 25,000 votes," wrote Kevin Oyaro on Borabu Watchtower.
On his part, Stewart Oyugi said: " Interesting that Raila camped for two days for such a small race. Seems his popularity matches that of Eddy."
But some came into Raila's defense with nominated MCA Irene Nyakerario admitting of 'few' challenges which can be sorted.
Ms. Nyakerario, a staunch supporter of Raila and campaigner in Nyamira and other regions, said the party is also prone to challenges.
"There's no party in this world that doesn't have challenges, ODM included... I believe there's a lot going on to make necessary changes to improve how things are done, especially party primaries ," she wrote.
Mr. Odinga visited Migori for two days last week but a section of supporters have accused him of running the party forcefully by applying dictatorial tendencies.
