The embattled National Youth Service (NYS) has announced that they will be rolling out registrations for new suppliers of goods and services for the next two years.
The announcement comes in months after the facility was at the center of a Sh9 billion scam, the deadline for submission is set for July 29, 2018.
Here is the list if the mandatory documents required for one to apply.
1. Certificate of business registration(Copy) - This certificate verifies the legal existence of the business.
2. Copy of VAT/KRA Pin certificate - This is offered by the Kenya Revenue Authority.
3. Copy of valid KRA tax compliance certificate - This will shoe prove that the supplier is tax compliance.
4. Duly completed, signed and stamped litigation history - This explains the legal history of the supplier but not limited to pending cases in court.
5. Certificate of good conduct - This is issued by the DCI and is seen as a gag to put out those involved in recent graft.
6. Proof of experience - Here you have to prove that you have experience in whatever you are applying for.
