Speaking on Saturday, he said that the former Premier has shown his readiness to help in the fight against corruption, and should be given the backing and support by fellow politicians.

"Kuna hawa watu ambao wanaona Raila hajui anachokifanya lakini wajue wanakosea. Anajua anachofanya na atakuja okoa Kenya. (There are these people thinking that Raila is unaware of what he is doing, they should know they are very wrong. He is very aware and will save Kenya)," he said.

The former Flamingo Ward Councillor was speaking on Cheche Show on Radio Sauti Ya Mwananchi, Saturday evening.

Noor noted that the fight against graft has only been intensified after Raila's 2018 truce with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

He termed this as proof that he is the man behind the push for a graft-free nation, and the attempts to bring culprits to account.

"Japo simaanishi eti yeye ni mwadilifu zaidi ya hawa wengine, huenda ndiye anayeshinikiza hivi vita dhidi ya ufisadi serikalini. (He could be the person pushing the anti-corruption agenda in government, though that doesn't mean he is righteous)," he added.
