Police officers manning Nairobi Nakuru highway could be in a hot soup following Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i stern warning over recklessness on roads.
At Borabu on Friday, a rather displeased Matiang'i insisted that he's fee up and would not apologize any longer over road carnages.
"We have been talking and apologising for too long. This must end. We will give our best from now."
He added: "I am fed up and will not apologise again. We have relaxed, I will use a different approach."
This comes after it emerged that top leadership in the police had summoned officers manning the killer highway during the fateful night.
At least 58 people were killed early this week in Kericho after Home Boyz bus rolled down the hill, with authorities establishing that the driver was aged 72.
Bouyed by the mood on the ground, Matiang'i also vowed to revisit certain laws he believes are inadequate.
He was flanked by MPs Ben Momanyi (Borabu) and Jerusha Momanyi (Nyamira County) along with teachers officials from Borabu Sub County.
