Ainabkoi MP William Chepkut ironically termed Kiambu governor Ferdinand Waititu as a bright fellow, whose brightness could be compared to that of a goat(sic).
While articulating his sentiments on his official Twitter handle, the first-time lawmaker argued that the county boss was capable of accomplishing extraordinary tasks, after having an idea that rivers could be moved.
He revisited the governor's past assertion that rivers could be transferred from one location to another instead of demolishing building constructed on riparian lands.
Chepkut ridiculously opined that Waititu could provide money for state house functions as was stated in a controversial report presented by the auditor general to the Senate.
The legislator further narrated that the Kiambu county chief had a potential of funding peace initiatives in other counties like South Sudan, as per the county expenditure report was given to the upper house.
Contributions towards retirement package of former heads of state did not miss on the MP's outline of what the government could accomplish.
"If Kiambu county Governor Waititu (Baba Yao) can move rivers, he can also FUND STATE HOUSE, South Sudan and Retired heads of state," read part of the ironical post.
The Dp Ruto's allied legislator went ahead to controversially equate the brightness of Waititu to that of a goat!
