Borabu MP Ben Momanyi has accused DPP Noordin Haji for failing to order the arrest of Migori Governor Okoth Obado over Sharon Otieno's death.
The lawmaker said DPP should stop being lazy when it comes to dealing with crucial matters.
"The DPP has been rushing to arrest individuals in corruption but, poor in arresting murderers.
"Haji should stop joking and ensure Obado who has been linked to the brutal murder of Sharon Otieno is arrested to face the full force of the law," he noted.
The Wiper Party MP said the office of the DPP should not spare prominent people who are holding big positions in government.
"The DPP should act fast and arrest Obado. He is a criminal who should be arraigned in court.
"All Kenyans are protected by the law and therefore, Obado has been mentioned as the main culprit in the brutal murder, he should be arrested to face murder charges in court," he added.
