Youths in Kisii County now condemn the Auditor General for his diminishing remarks on Kisii Governor James Ongwae.
Addressing journalists in Kisii on Sunday, the youths condemned the actions of the auditor general that the way he addressed the governor was not diligent. They also said that the bloggers took the point to condemn the governor saying that the funds were misappropriated.
The youths were being led by their leader who is also a lawyer Seth Anunda. The group condemned the actions of some locals taking the matter too personal yet the governor asked for more days to sort the legal documents so as to aid him in answering the queries from the auditor general.
"The manner in which the auditor general was addressing our governor was in a diminishing way. its not possible for someone to remember what happened two years ago and that is the reason why the governor asked for more time to annex the documents in answering the queries," Anunda said.
"I would like to address the bloggers who took the matter to their hands. its not good to say that the money was embezzled. asking for more time to consolidate all the documents, is not embezzlement," another youth who only identified himself as Richard said.
