This is despite growing concerns that there might be cracks in the ruling party over the DP's 2022 presidential ambitions.

Addressing a media briefing in Eldoret town on Sunday, Sudi, a close ally of DP Ruto said they are in Jubilee party to stay.

He noted that no amount f intimidations will force them out of the party they helped to build.

"We are the owners of the Jubilee Party and we were fully involved in its formation, therefore, no one whatsoever can tell us to move out of the party, he/she should do so instead," said Sudi.

"Are we insane to form another political party yet we have our own? This is our party and we have rights of ownership," he added.

The Jubilee party was formed before the 2017 general elections after several parties among them The National Alliance (TNA) and United Republican Party (URP) folded in a bid to form a single, strong party with a national outlook.
