It is reported that you are highly endangering your body when you sleep in makeup.
Essentially, it is important for all ladies who wear makeup to understand the dangers of having it on even during bedtime because it could do more harm than good.

Premature aging
The condition can be attributed to sleeping in makeups. As evidently stipulated by Dr Chiu, chemicals present in makeups alongside dust particles are hazardous and can impact your skin in one way or another.
"Dirt and makeup trapped against your skin cause environmentally-induced oxidative damage," says Dr. Chiu, a celebrity dermatologist. "This leads to a breakdown of the skin barrier and prematurely ages your face."
Exacerbates existing acne
Dr Chiu has further noted that sleeping in makeup can worsen existing acne on your face. This is usually due to chemicals found in makeup. They are dangerous when left on the face for many hours.
You may develop rashes
As mentioned earlier, makeup is laced with many chemicals such as dyes, that can cause skin-related problems such as rashes
"Makeup often contains irritants like dyes and perfumes that, when left on the skin for long periods of time, can cause inflammation," explains Dr. Chiu.
