The locals of Nyamariba village are in a shock after a woman received a dog's beating from her husband after she was caught pants down with a teenager.
This happened on Saturday evening when the boy was caught in the women's house by the brother to her husband.
The brother to her husband, Lewis Mitimo, said he saw the teenager entering his brother's house and gave enough time to confirm the rumors.
"Unfortunately they did not lock the door. I tiptoed and peeped to see what was going on. When I realised what they were doing, I called my father to witness the same." Mitimo said.
The teenager, a standard seven pupil in a nearby local school, ran away through the window and evaded the wrath of the crowd that had gathered at the scene.
Her husband who works as a watchman at a bar in Rioma Market, was called and given the account of what had happened.
He descended on her wife with a panga. This led to deep cuts on the woman's body, however, the crowd managed to intervene to save the woman from the beatings.
The woman was rushed to Kisii Referral hospital where she is nursing injuries, though in a critical condition.
