4. Protect yourself from the sun
Since we were young we were taught that the sun is a source of one of the most important vitamins in our body, Vitamin D. This is true. But the sun again exposes us to risks of developing common cancer, the skin cancer and this depends upon how long we stay in the sun especially the 10 am to 4 pm sunshine. It contains dangerous rays that can spark the development of skin cancer. Health experts, therefore, advise that we limit our time on the sin and embrace shades whenever we can.
5. Get regular medical care and medication
