Safaricom has taken with concern complaints from the former Chief Justice Dr Willy Mutunga over poor services provided by the company's Home Fibre.
Dr. Mutunga took it to social media decrying troubles in access to internet even after dumping Safaricom's competitor in a bid to get better WiFi internet services.
Just like most customers, he expressed dissatisfaction on how slow the internet services have been and floppy service delivery by Safaricom in addressing his concerns.
"I hope I have not made a mistake in dumping ZUKU for Safaricom for better WiFi service," Dr.Mutunga wrote on his Twitter handle on Thursday evening.
The former CJ further exclaimed that after he paid Safaricom for the WiFi Internet services, the company had not been able to get the service and that Safaricom Customer care has not helped him either.
"After paying Safaricom I am yet to be connected. Customer Care (072200271/2) has not helped me," Mutunga complained.
He appeared pissed off in the tweets pointing fingers at the manner with which Safaricom treats its clients.
Like many other Kenyans do suffer, he expressed that he called Safaricom severally only for his call to be 'connected to another platform, Platinum
"Calling 400 and selecting 1 for home fiber inquiries ends with thanks for calling platinum. Shit!" an agitated Mutunga wrote.
After several hours of engagement on Twitter, the Customer care desk reached out to him, pledging to speedily attend to his concern.
"Hi CJ, we have picked the issue and assure you that you have not made a mistake by joining us. We shall ensure that we get you connected as per discussion with you. Thank you for choosing Safaricom Home Fibre," the attendants replied.
