Mr Obado kicked out one director in the first reshuffle but on Tuesday, he retained all ministers besides swooping them positions.

The second term governor is facing murder charges over the death of Sharon Otieno and her unborn baby, a case that will see him return to court in May 2019.

And last week, he was arraigned in court over illegal possession of firearms, a crime he vehemently denied before being released on bail.

Here is the governor's latest team of ministers as he seeks to improve service delivery.
