According to Nyaribo, Nyagarama has violated a pre-election MoU.

Nyaribo claimed that Nyagarama has been making decision without proper consultations.

“Nyagarama has been making major decision without my knowledge which has affected the county leadership.

"He lacks respect for me and I feel undermined by him since we agreed to work together for the sake of boosting the lives of our people,” he noted.

Nyaribo cited that Nyagarama reinstated the county secretary Eric Onchana who had been sacked without informing him.

He said before the last year’s polls, they agreed to run the county with equal powers.

“Nyagarama has forgotten the MoU binding us together. I feel bad since it is humiliating when he reinstated the county secretary who was sacked early,” said Nyaribo.

DG Nyaribo said said he wrote a letter to Nyagarama on August 14 but he is yet to get answers.

He said he may be forced to move to court to challenge Nyagarama's decisiom to run the county as his owm kiosk.
