At least four people have been confirmed dead on Friday morning following a road accident at Sobea, along the Salgaa stretch on the Nakuru-Eldoret highway.

Witnesses on the scene said a matatu had collided with a truck.

Rongai OCPD Josphat Kioko told this writer the accident 'has just occurred and rescue efforts are ongoing'.
