Detectives investigating the murder of Sharon Otieno, the Rongo University student, have arrested two more suspects described as key in the probe.
The two were reportedly arrested after Migori Governor Okoth Obado’s PA Michael Oyamo divulged information about them.
Oyamo was arrested immediately Sharon’s body was found dumped in a forest.
A journalist, Barrack Oduor, had placed Oyamo at the centre of the abduction of Sharon and himself.
The two had been abducted after Oyamo had called them to a meeting.
Oduor jumped off a moving car where they were sandwiched between the abductors.
Director of Criminal Investigations George Kinoti told Citizen TV that they are pursuing 10 suspects who were involved in the murder in one way or another.
Kinoti said no one involved in the heinous act that will be spared.
