Kenyans could once again be treated to the drama they witnessed at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) a year ago in about two months.

This follows controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna's declaration that he will be making his second bid to return to the nation in April.

His attempt to return to the in March last year was dramatic after he was blocked at the airport and reportedly drugged before being re-exiled to Canada.

This is where the nation got the 'am not boarding' clause, words he used while shoving security officers trying to fore him into a flight and was also held at the airport for days.

His first deportation in February was also dramatic and same after a legal tussle with the state before he was silently bundled into a plane, in his slippers.

Judging by the determination and rebellion he has always demonstrated, it is very likely that more trouble could be seen in the nation in April.

He has so far refused to reapply for his citizenship as has been directed by the immigration which insists that he lost his nationality after receiving the Canadian one in the 1980s.

This will further be spiced up with the attacks he has been shooting at the nation's leadership, will they come to his rescue or will he be victimized for the third time?
