The outspoken legislator was reacting to Maraga's press conference where he said the Executive doesn't accord his office the respect it deserves.
In his letter, Babu Owino asked President Kenyatta and Maraga to work together for the sake of Kenyans.
''I wish to appeal to my seniors, H. E the President and H. E the CJ to exercise wisdom and sobriety for the sake of the people of Kenya,'' said Babu Owino.
According to the vocal legislator, war between the two offices only affects Kenyans who will find it hard accessing services.
''This conflict between these two respected arms of Government can only result in hardship for ordinary citizens,'' said Babu Owino.
On Monday, the CJ outlined a number of instances where the state sidelined his office, and gave priority to other government institutions.
He noted that recently when his office applied for the CJ to be issued with a new Merceded Benz, the application was turned down.
He further noted that there was a ploy to take away the CJ's traffic clearance, but the same did not materialise
