Ongwae while speaking when he condoled with the family of Steve Arika following the death of their mother Tabitha Mong'ina, said he will not continue listening to falsehoods being spread by critics.

"Endless attacks being channelled to me by rivals must come to an end failure to which I will not hesitate reporting hate mongers to relevant authorities for legal action to be taken," said Ongwae.

The county boss said he is busy serving residents with an aim of leaving a development legacy in 2022.

Ongwae maintained that the development projects which are yet to be completed in the county do not mean his government has misappropriated funds.

"The various projects my government is undertaking across the county should not be politicised. Critics must wait for their turn at the completion of my term in 2022," said Ongwae.

Ongwae who is serving his second and last term in office challenged residents to ignore political brokers who he said are out to seek political relevance through spreading propaganda.
