A female teacher allegedly raped by a school principal has written to the Director of Public Prosecutions seeking action against the alleged rapist.
In a letter seen by this writer, the teacher bemoans attempts frustrate efforts to get justice.
The letter indicates that the case had widely been interfered with and so was the need to transfer it.
The DCIO's decision to transfer the case follows an application from the complainant Ms Fatuma Hussein Hassan who alleged that the Principal had successfully attempted to rape her.
"I feel that the station is compromised and justice shall not prevail, this is evident by the cordial mutual working relation that coexists with the local community and the Elwak police station," read the letter by Ms Fatuma, the rape victim.
The Shimpir Fatuma Principal is reported to have raped the female teacher in early October 2018 within the school environs.
