Kenya Women Premier League 2019 season is set to kick off next weekend in different venues across the country.

As the season kicks off, Kisumu All Starlets head coach Juma is confident that his side will do better this season and win the trophy at the end of the season after they finished seventh last season in a much contested League.

Speaking to Hivisasa, Juma said that there is no player that has left the club adding that he has recruited a midfielder, Jacinta Nyamboga, from Thika Queens.

''With her on board, I hope for a productive season this year. The team has been camping in Kisumu for their training and I am optimistic it is going to deliver this season,'' said Juma. 

The Starlets will start their season against Trans Nzioa Falcons at Moi stadium Kisumu.

other matches will include Wadadia which will host Eldoret Falcons at Mumias Sports Complex as defending champions Vihiga Queens will take on their neighbours Vihiga Leeds at the same venue.

Makolanders is to play against Thika Queens at Camp Toyoyo, Gaspo Women will square it out with league newbies Kibera Girls Soccer Academy at Ruiru grounds.

Kayole Starlets will welcome Mathare United Women at Camp Toyoyo. Soccer Queens will be at Ruiru grounds to take on league debutants Nyuki Starlets while Spedag plays host to Oserian Ladies at Camp Toyoyo.
