Former Presidential aspirant and Garissa human rights activist Nazlin Umar has exposed a High Court judge she alleges tried to bully her in full glare of cameras.
Making the claims via her Facebook page, Nazlin in a long post described judge Chacha Mwita as a 'bully, biased, malicious and incompetent.'
The vibrant politician also called on the said judge to stay away from all cases she has since filed at the courts, claiming he has shown signs of wanting to derail justice using fraudulent tactics.
"I had an altercation with bully biased malicious incompetent Judge #ChachaMwita. Today I decided if he would continue attacking and harassing me in court since he took over my file while denying me justice, I would ask him to recuse himself from my case, which I did. He was aggressive and falsified the proceedings, and with impunity, tired to derail justice with fraudulent tactics in open court in the presence of media and senior counsels too," Nazlin revealed in part.
The activist further faulted the judge for allegedly quashing a higher court order issued by Justice Isaac Lenaola who is now a Supreme Court judge.
"He lives in pretense of being a judge from an appellate court to rubbish a valid court order in my favor given by Justice #IssacLenaola who is now a #SupremeCourt judge," the post added.
