Locals led by Riana ward MCA Vincent Moisabi said the lawmaker should stop relocating learning institutions.

"We will not allow Mr. Oyioka to run Bonchari as his own kiosk. He should drop his ill plans to relocate Ngeri Youth Polytechnic to Bonyaoro but, instead consider allocating more funds to improve infrastructure at the institution," said Moisabi.

The MCA confirmed that the MP will get it rough from the electorates in the area if he tries with his CDF team to blackmail and intimidate them to relocate the institution.

"Oyioka was elected to serve all residents irrespective of how they voted during the 2017 polls. His differences with the former MP John Opore who hails from Riana should not make him relocate Ngeri youth polytechnic," he added.

Moisabi said not even Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i will stop locals from protesting against the MP's ill plans.

James Monda a furious local regretted electing Oyioka saying in 2022 he will see the MP seat through the window.

"Bonchari leadership is at rogue hands but, we will kick Oyioka out in 2022 due to his ill development plans for the people," said Monda.
