Kisii county Jubilee youth leader Isaac Motari on Saturday hit out at Bomariba Member of County Assembly (MCA) Protus Moindi over alleged sluggish development in the ward.
Motari while speaking at Ikorora area accused Moindi for boycotting his responsibilities in the ward.
"Residents of Bomariba elected a failure who has prioritized giving cheap money to people instead of repairing water springs. Moindi won't be able to explain where development money sent to the ward is going since there is no development," he said.
The vocal politician claimed that the MCA thinks residents of Bomariba are 'eating' ODM party which sponsored him during the 2017 polls.
He wondered why the MCA should go missing from the ward yet he was elected to serve the people.
"The mistake people of Bomariba did of electing a 'common teacher' should not repeat come 2022. Since Moindi started accumulating wealth he is seeing people in the ward as trash. There is a need for residents to open up eyes to push the lazy MCA to perform," Motari stated.
The Jubilee youth leader vowed to continue traversing the ward so as to engage residents on the way forward in the ward.
