The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party is set to be reorganised since the 2017 General elections which saw Raila Odinga fail to clinch the seat in Kenyan politics.
The former Prime Minister has also accused DP William Ruto of touring many areas in the country to advance his 2022 presidential interests instead of concentrating on growth and development of the country.
In Narok, ODM party Secretary-General Dr Agnes Zani led the party officials in what seems to counter the current unfolding of events being linked with the year 2022.
Also among the officials was the party's Executive Director Oduor Ong’wen who said, “ODM is the largest party in Africa with over 1.9 million officials from polling station level all the way to national. The 2017 elections came with waves, storms and as a responsible party we deemed it right to regroup.”
He emphasised that theirs is a strong and organized political party with ideologies and will remain undiminished until the next campaign's mood rekindle again in 2022.
They said that they are concentrating on building bridges and strengthening the ODM Party even after the handshake.
Having toured several counties, they said they will also visit other regions regarded as their strongholds in the country.
