And sometimes in 2016, Nyambane, who had lost his Kisii County job, made Governor James Ongwae panic when he rushed to parking lot to receive him.
Driving in former Nairobi Deputy Governor Jonathan Mweke's official vehicle, Nyambane caused a stir outside outside Kisii County government offices.
Ongwae, who had been working throughout the day, rushed from his office to meet the 'Deputy Governor' who had visited impromptu.
And an embarrassed Ongwae could later return to his offices furious of Nyambane's 'joke' which he reportedly didn't like.
Later, a source from Kisii County revealed, Ongwae could launch a complaint to former Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero who terminated Nyambane's contract.
But a letter from City Hall cited lack of sufficient qualification as the formal reason behind dismissal.
