Here are the ways to prevent stretch marks while pregnant

1. Aloe vera

This is a natural herb that has always been used in curbing various infections. It has antioxidants that have healing properties and purging dead skin cells. 

Squeeze or pulverize the aloe plant to get a gel. Dab the gel on the susceptible areas like on the womb and the breasts. Do this twice a day. 

2. Olive oil

It has the same antioxidants as those present in the Aloe vera hence can be used in barring the condition. Here, you will be required to massage the oil on the susceptible areas and leave it intact for a few minutes before washing it off. Just do it daily for betterment. 

3. Coconut oil

Apart from its nutritive nature, this oil has also wonderful benefits on the skin like preventing and purging stretch marks. It is a natural moisturizer. 

The principles are just the same, you will apply the oil on the susceptible areas and leave it to sit for some minutes.
