This comes at a time when the President has vowed to mercilessly lead the fight, vowing to crash whoever stands on his way, including his closest political allies.

Speaking on Wednesday during an interview at Radio Jambo's Mazungumzo Waziwazi show, the lawmaker advised the president to ensure that there are no sacred cows involved, and all suspects are nabbed regardless of their political placement or networks.

She added that Uhuru should see to it that even close allies of opposition leader Raila Odinga are held accountable if implicated.

"Nataka kumuomba Rais Uhuru kusiwe na sacred cows. Hata kama mtu ni rafiki ya Raila ama nani apelekwe kortini iwapo atatajwa," she said.

(I am requesting the president to see to it that all those implicated are dealt with. Let there be no sacred cows, even if they are allies of Raila or whoever else).

"Tusiogope kukamata watu kwa sababu ya waliowazunguka," she added.

(We have to deal with the suspects regardless of their connections)," she added.
