Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba said Jubilee administration was focused more on fostering peace and unity than advancing Dp Ruto's 2022 ambitions.
The vocal Senator was speaking at a church function in Gatanga constituency in Murang'a county on Sunday.

Murkomen maintained that president Uhuru and his deputy still enjoy their cordial relationship since they came to office in 2013.
He dismissed the opposition's assertion that it was helping the government implement their agenda, terming them clueless courtesy of failing to unite after 2017 general elections.
The legislator described president Uhuru as a trustworthy person who makes a promise and keeps it, saying he will support his deputy's 2022 presidential bid.
"I want to tell you without a doubt that President Uhuru Kenyatta that I know, who we work closely with, I have seen his face. I can doubt everybody else but he(president) will stick to his word since he has been standing with his deputy like brothers," opined Murkomen.
"I want to assure Kenyans that as Jubilee, we stand for unity amongst you and we will not market that through politics. Whether a leader will be voted in or not, the country will remain one. It is not conditioned that the deputy president gets votes or not. Kenya is one," remarked the Senator.
The Senate majority leader pleaded with Jubilee leaders to stop inciting utterances of claiming that if Ruto is not elected president in 2022, Kenyans would be divided.
The lawmaker stated that when the time for campaigns comes, he together with like-minded leaders would traverse the country canvassing for the deputy president's votes, then leave Kenyans to decide for themselves.
