Jubilee Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju has distanced himself from former Prime Minister Raila Odinga led Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party.
Tuju, while speaking on Tuesday night during an interview at Citizen Television, said he has never been a member of ODM party.
"I want to put it clear for everyone to know that I have never been a member of Raila Odinga led ODM party and I have no plan to join the party soon," he noted.
He said he is contented being in Jubilee party where he is serving as the Party's secretary general.
The vocal politician further dismissed claims that he intended to decamp to ODM party from Jubilee to vie for the Siaya Governorship seat in 2022.
"Claims that I will decamp Jubilee party for ODM so that I can run for Siaya County in 2022 is untrue. Those telling lies about me are doing it to seek political mileage and relevance ahead of the 2022 general elections," stated Tuju.
He said despite the fact that all Jubilee party members are not reading from the same script, the party is still strong and the few challenges are being solved.
