Working under someone is sometimes tiresome as you have to work under orders from people.
But has it ever reached a point where you feel that your boss has a negative attitude towards you?
When your boss happens to feel insecure about your capability, he/she will frequently act in weird ways to send you a signal that you are no longer needed around.
Here are some signs that show your boss needs you out:
1.Keeping you in the dark
If your boss used to share some information concerning the job, but all over sudden his/her attitude changes and your current roles are not so clear because you have been left in the dark, know that your presence is no longer required.
2.Ignoring you
When he/she keeps ignoring you, then know this is a sign for you to move out.
This is because bosses are supposed to offer their attention to their employees and not ignoring them.
3.Criticising you in public
When there is a problem, the best way your boss is supposed to approach it is by asking you to meet him/her privately so that you can discuss the matter.
When this does not happen and your boss criticises you in public, know that you are not in the right place.
4.Reassigning your assignment to another person
It is always weird when your boss reassigns your assignment to another person.
When this happens, just know it is time for you to find another secure job for yourself.
