The politician said Ndeti stands a higher chance of succeeding Mutua in 2022 only if she makes peace with him.

According to Ndile, the former Machakos gubernatorial candidate should stop political attacks against Mutua and work with him.

Speaking in Kibwezi Town on Saturday, Ndile asked Ndeti to calm down and accept the Supreme Court ruling that upheld Mutua's victory.

"Wavinya Ndeti should make peace with Mutua and lobby for him to endorse her in 2022 instead of engaging him in endless political squabbles," Ndile said.

He said it will be pointless for Ndeti to continue attacking the Machakos governor.

Ndile said the Supreme Court ruling should now settle the political rivalry between the two politicians.

On Friday, the Supreme Court upheld Mutua's election.

The CJ Maraga led court ruled that Mutua was validly elected as the Machakos governor.

While reacting to the ruling, Wavinya Ndeti maintained that Mutua was not validly elected.

She claimed that Mutua is forcing himself on Machakos people, adding that she will use other channels to fight for change.

Mutua, on the other hand, urged Ndeti to work with him for the sake of development.

The Maendeleo Chap Chap party leader who has declared an interest in the 2022 presidential election said the Supreme Court ruling now gives him time to work for Machakos people as their governor.
