President Uhuru Kenyatta has challenged the judiciary to clean up their house just like the way he is doing his at the executive arm of government.

Speaking at the Bomas of Kenya on Friday during the Anti Corruption conference President Kenyatta urged all criminal Justice practitioners to step up and fight the vice of corruption without fear and told the CJ David Maraga to clean his house

"Kila mtu asafishe nyumba yake"(Everybody should clean his house," President Kenyatta said

Kenyatta also added that his government will continue engaging international partners for the repatriation of Kenyan stolen money.

"My government will continue to engage our international partners present with mutual legal assistance; the coming months, I believe we will be able to see increased repatriation of profits of crime held outside the country," reiterated Kenyatta

President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga continued insisting that the Judiciary is the 'weakest link' in the fight against graft. They urged the  Chief Justice David Maraga and the Judicial Service Commission to reflect on the fight against graft.

"Our courts must stop the practice of using injunctions against investigation of corrupt activities which makes it easier for those involved to destroy evidence and intimidate witnesses I call upon JSC to deeply reflect upon and correct areas of weakness."~President Kenyatta warned

The President vowed that his commitment to fighting graft is still on course and that regardless of the part of the globe one hides illicit funds, the government will get it.

" I wish to assure all Kenyans that no matter the part of the globe that you hide stolen funds from Kenya…that illicit wealth will no longer be in the reach," Kenyatta stated.

The president's cleaning up exercises will now and shivers to the Political facets as to the reasons behind President Kenyatta appointing CS Fred Matiangi as head of all CSs and government projects.
