A man has filed for divorce at a Nakuru court over allegations that his wife defecated on their bed.
Maina Ndirangu also wants his wife, Sarah Njambi, barred from accessing his Eldoret home over claims that she also defecated on utensils before leaving on March 25.
In the suit filed before Nakuru Senior Magistrate Daisy Mose, Ndirangu claimed that Njambi has been texting, taunting him on the experience he had while cleaning the mess.
He says that the whole ordeal has left him traumatised and he cannot continue acknowledging Njambi as his wife.
"The defecation by the defendant left me traumatised as it was cruel for my former girlfriend to do such an act,” reads the court papers, according to the Standard.
He claimed that after their marriage in 2016, Njambi with whom they have a child has been torturing him, and once abandoned him with the child when it was only six months old.
She later returned and took the baby, but reappeared shortly afterwards, demanding hospital money on claims that the baby was sick.
He further claimed that before leaving, Njambi destroyed all his clothes, leaving him with nothing to wear.
“The defendant destroyed my clothes by pouring Jik on them rendering me destitute and without clothes to wear," he added.
However, the defendant denied all the charges against her and wants the plaintiff punished for wasting the court's time.
The case will be mentioned today (Thursday).
