He recently proposed to his lover Diana Marua on 31 st of December during the EMB Jesus party in Thika Stadium.
Via his Instagram page, the singer revealed that he had spent the amount just to buy a proposal ring. He, however, deleted the post after a section of fans bashed him for spending such a huge amount on a ring.

Bahati's proposal continues to raise questions amongst his fans. Many are asking why he had to propose to his wife yet he had held a traditional wedding ceremony in 2017.
